How do I unlock the full version?
Most of our apps are paid one-time — you get full access immediately after purchase. Some VerHoro apps offer 3 free daily uses with an option to upgrade for unlimited access.
How many free uses do I get?
Some VerHoro series apps offer 3 free uses per day. Pro, Engineering, Personality, and Game apps are full-access paid apps with no usage limits.
I purchased but it still shows Free. What should I do?
Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". This will verify your purchase with the App Store / Google Play. If the issue persists, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account you used for the purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). For iOS: go to
reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android: go to Google Play Store > Account > Order History.
Does the app collect my personal data?
No. All data (birth dates, history, settings) is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on servers. See our
Privacy Policy for details.
Are the horoscope readings accurate?
Our apps use traditional calculation methods (Thai astrology, Western tropical zodiac, Vedic sidereal zodiac, Chinese zodiac cycles, Pythagorean numerology, etc.). Readings are for entertainment and informational purposes.
Are the engineering/science calculations accurate?
Our calculators use established formulas and standards (ACI 318, NEC/IEC, thermodynamics laws, etc.). All calculations are numerically verified against textbook values. However, results are for educational and reference purposes — always verify with qualified professionals for real-world applications.
Are medical calculator results reliable?
VerMed uses established clinical scoring systems (CKD-EPI 2021, CDC MME 2022, etc.). Results are for educational reference only and should not replace professional medical judgment.
Do AI apps require internet?
Yes, AI-powered apps (VerPet, VerNeo) require an internet connection to process requests. All other apps work completely offline.
I purchased on iPhone. Can I use it on my Android phone too?
Unfortunately, purchases on iOS and Android are separate. Apple and Google do not share purchase records between platforms. You would need to purchase again on the other platform.
How do I delete my data?
Go to the History screen in the app and use "Clear History". To remove all data completely, simply uninstall the app. Since no data is stored on servers, uninstalling removes everything.
